*******As rows 90-95 are all worked in Double Crochet (US SC) they can get quite tight like the LINEN stitch so either concentrate on not doing it too tight or go up half a hook size. *********
Row 89 (Navy blue)
Ch 3 , 1 treble in every stitch across
Row 90 ( Grey)
Ch1 (doesn't count as a dc) then do a dc in the FRONT LOOP ONLY of every stitch across.

So, here we go...put your hook under the FRONT LOOP of the stitch
Row 91 ( Lilac)
Ch1 (doesn't count as 1), then do 1dc BLO in every stitch across. Here's my YOUTUBE tutorial...
So, put your hook under the BACK LOOP of the next stitch,
Pull a loop through then YO and pull through both loops ...1DC BLO worked.
Continue to end of row

I am back in love with my CAL after a few weeks of doubt so decided to take a few close up photos of it so far....would love to hear how yours are getting on...
My afghan is kinked/zigzagged here where this pattern is. Did I do something wrong or is that normal?
ReplyDeleteIf you did it too tight it might kink and also check you've put the right amount of stitches in. It might kink a bit as it's a tight combo bit it will stretch out with the next row and when blocked and edged should be fine!
